What’s included in the playbook?
Gym
Broken in to two 4 week phases you’ll get 3 gym workouts per phase specifically designed to aid hockey players in building strength.
These workouts are full body and will allow you to give maximum effort to each session.
Mobility
There’s no point in being strong and fit if the body can’t move properly.
Inside you’ll get an easy to follow mobility routine that will keep your hips and lower back loose and ready to work.
Cardio
Broken in to two 4 week phases you’ll get 3 cardio workouts per phase specifically designed to build a good cardiovascular baseline fitness and then build on that with more specific interval training heading closer to stick and ball pre season.
Structure
Not only are the workouts and progressions structured, but you’ll also get a week example of how to put your workouts in to your week with optimal recovery and ability to train hard each time.
Recovery
Inside you’ll learn how to optimise your recovery to allow you to train more regularly without increasing the risk of injury.
As part of this you’ll learn about nutrition and sleep.
